Preparation Instructions
Microwave 1. Remove frozen meal from carton and place into the microwave. Do not pierce or remove film.2. Heat on HIGH at 1000W for 4-4½ minutes.3. Remove from microwave; allow to stand for 1-2 minutes. 4. Carefully remove film and serve.Oven 1. Preheat oven to 200°C.2.
